ECOVIDE ISO-K, ISO-F, and CONFLAT VACUUM COMPONENTS:

Ecovide manufactures vacuum components in accordance with the standards set by Pneurop KF, ISO-K, and Conflat ®.  Components are made of AISI 304, AISI 316 L, and 316 LN stainless steel and are tested for vacuum seals greater than 1x10-10 mbar.l/s.

We also provide CAD design, machining, and production of special components for HV and UHV.
